Extra Info
Trained Bike ride leaders will guide the group along the cycle route.
You’ll require your own bike to take part in these cycle rides. Please check that your bike is in good working condition before coming along for the ride.
These rides aren’t recommended for children, though they are welcome to come along as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult and are willing to cycle for several miles for two hours.
Although the group will aim to arrive back at the end point at the time suggested, we would like to make it clear that some rides can take a little longer. For evening rides all participants bikes will be required to have functional lights.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time for safety information to be taken and for bikes to be checked. Rides are weather dependent and may be subject to cancellation if conditions are unsafe. All attendees will receive an email prior to the ride if it has had to be cancelled.
