Take a trip along the festival route with trained bike ride leaders. Each ride will stop along the various exhibitions and interesting points along the route.
Trained Bike ride leaders will guide the group along the cycle route, beginning and ending at a designated point on the path between Paisley and Lochwinnoch.
You’ll require your own bike to take part in these cycle rides. Please check that your bike is in good working condition before coming along for the ride. You are welcome along to the ‘Dr Bike’ bicycle repair pop-up on Monday 1st during the festival opening event, if your bike needs some TLC.
Women On Wheels Led Ride: Women on Wheels (SCIO) is a Glasgow based community cycling hub for women. A service designed and led by women, we deliver a range of cycling activities to get women back on a bike or onto a bike for the very first time. This led ride as part of Cycle Arts Festival is open to women and children.
Sunday 7th August, 12pm – 2pm, starting and ending outside Telfords Pub on the cycle path.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the ride’s start time.
